Embedded Firmware Development
We specialize in the development of embedded firmware, catering to a diverse range of microprocessors and microcontrollers. Our expertise extends to designing and creating firmware for system-on-chip (SoC) devices and system-on-module (SoM) devices, supporting multiple protocols.
Our projects span various industries, including industrial automation, consumer electronics, and healthcare. We have successfully developed firmware for leading semiconductor vendors such as NXP Semiconductors, Microchip Technology, Nordic Semiconductor, Espressif Systems, STMicroelectronics, and Onion. Our experience includes working with well-known software platforms like FreeRTOS, OpenWrt, and the 4.14 Linux Kernel. The Arm Cortex platform is a common focus in our projects.
We utilize code development platforms like MPLAB, ESP-IDF, nRF Connect SDK, and STM32CubeIDE for developing code on platforms such as STM32 series, ESP32 series, Mediatek
MT7688, Microchip series, iMX8M, and Nordic nRF 52840.
Hardware Design and Development
We create products with a diverse range of peripherals and I/O capabilities, employing the latest technologies in hardware design. Our process spans from conceptualizing ideas to developing prototypes and eventually transitioning to bulk manufacturing. Our expertise extends across various sectors, including Consumer Electronics, Industrial Systems, Automation Systems, Healthcare, Agriculture, and other application areas.
With high proficiency, we offer quality PCB design services, either starting from scratch or enhancing and optimizing existing PCB designs. Our services cover PCB schematics design, PCB layout, PCB fabrication, PCB assembly, and testing. We prepare the Bill of Materials (BoM) and source components from original distributors/manufacturers for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA). Utilizing KiCAD for Electronic Design Automation (EDA), we ensure efficient design processes.
After the PCBA, we conduct in-house testing of the boards. Once prototypes are validated at the customer’s end, we generate production files and assist the customer with the entire manufacturing process for mass production. We share comprehensive documentation, including BoM, Gerber files,
and technical manuals. In addition, we provide a warranty for a specific duration to address manufacturing defects. If additional support is required, we offer Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services.
Mechanical Designing
In every IoT product development, the outer enclosure holds significant attention, often surpassing the specifications of the internal hardware. We specialize in creating aesthetic enclosures for products through the creation of 2D drawings, 3D designs, and models, as well as sheet metal designs. Our focus spans all facets of the manufacturing processes. Our proficient design team, in collaboration with key fabrication partners, expedites prototype development and creates scalable, cost-effective solutions for bulk production. Our services encompass 2D drawings, 3D CAD design, concept sketches, custom enclosure casing designs, and prototype 3D printing. We utilize software tools including SolidWorks and FreeCAD in our design processes.
Dashboard Development
We specialize in creating IoT platforms and dashboards designed to visualize analytical information and actionable insights. These dashboards significantly impact real-time device functionality while providing analytical outputs for informed decision-making. Our team tailors IoT platforms to meet specific user requirements.
Our connected devices transmit data through MQTT, HTTP, or HTTPS protocols to Cloud servers. We’re capable of setting up alert notifications based on sensor data, prompting necessary actions. Analytics derived from this data aid in forecasting future advancements.
Our User management modules allow multiple clients to connect to the dashboard, managed through Admin access. For dashboard development, we leverage AWS Serverless, ReactJS, and Tailwind.
