Cold Storage Monitoring
Cold storage monitoring plays an important role in storage and logistics solutions. There are items which needs to be kept in perfect temperature and humidity conditions or it affects the quality of the products. One of our Clients from Vietnam approached with a requirement for monitoring the cold storage temperature and humidity inside a refrigeration unit. The monitoring was to be done remotely and alerts to be raised in case any of the parameters exceeded the predefined conditions. Either of 4G or Wi-Fi was to be used as the communication mode for sending the data to the AWS IoT Core. The data was sent through MQTT protocol. It is a battery based device.

Industrial Datalogger
Industrial datalogger is a device which is used to fetch data from a multiple number of devices which vary in the output protocol format. The collected data is collated and then sent to cloud dashboard for analysis. The data is being uploaded in JSON format using MQTT protocol to AWS IoT Core platform. Datalogger can accept input from devices with output protocols such as RS485, RS232, Digital, Analog.

Cattle Analyser
Through the Cattle Analyser project, we use olfactory sensor technology to analyze the health of cows. It simulates an eNose that resembles our own nose. We gather information from various sensors, and then a machine learning (ML) program is developed to determine whether there are any subjective livestock problems. The massive chunk of data gathered from several experiments performed on various livestock is used to train the machine learning model. The primary element being monitored in conjunction with additional sensors is VOC. The primary controller, ESP32, is utilized to do all tasks, including data collecting and analysis.

Microchip Firmware Development
The ultimate objective of this US firmware project is to build the ATSAME53N19A firmware. Additionally, the ATECC608B chip is used to establish a cryptographic layer. The Microchip CryptoAuthenticationTM portfolio includes the secure element ATECC608B, which has advanced Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) capabilities. Only after the correct authentication may ATSAME53N19A activities be carried out.

Sterlizer Automation
We introduced Internet of Things to the healthcare industry with sterlizer automation. With the use of Internet of Things technology, a number of tasks that call for human intervention and manual oversight can be completely automated. The next functional element is determined by monitoring a number of characteristics, which are managed automatically. A TFT LCD screen shows the activities and alerts.

iMX.8M Firmware Development
High-end applications which can be processed for audio, speech, and video use the iMX.8M, a sophisticated CPU. Our task was to create the firmware needed to run a series of commercial parts that perform the supporting function. The foundation of the project is a high-processing video analysis, which guarantees that everything is completed precisely. Python was used in the firmware’s development.
